You aren't addressing Apple, this is a user to user forum. However, your phone cannot be located using your phone number anyway (unless you called it and someone answered and agreed to return your phone). Unless you enabled Find My iPhone on it before it was lost, it can't be tracked. If you did, and if the phone has a connection to the internet and your settings haven't been changed, you can try to located in on icloud.com as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmfc0f2442.
