Q: can thier only be one apple id and if thier us how can we change to the other apple id and if we can change to the other apple id will it earased the other account

can thier be 2 apple accounts in the same ipad? and if thier is how can we change it to the second user. and if we change to the second user will it affect the first one and erase it???

    The iPad is basically  a single-user device and it doesn't have the ability to have different user accounts like you can on a computer.

     

    You can log out of the currently logged in iTunes account by tapping on the id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6), and you can then log in with a different account - that won't affect any of the content on the iPad.  But if you turn on automatic downloads for an account, use iTunes match or re-download past purchases then you risk tying the iPad to that account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627
