A Few Questions and Some Help Needed for a MBP 13" Running Windows 7 Ultimate

I just have some questions and I also need some help about my Macbook Pro mid-2010 running Windows 7 Ultimate.
So first off:
1. Is the back lit keyboard supposed to work?
2. I can't find my boot camp assistant in the Control Panel?

and what I need help with is this, my trackpad was working a few weeks ago on WIndows 7, minus right clicking, but now it's completely dead. I have to use a mouse. However, it still works on OS X Lion. Can anyone help me?
