AT&T and UPS lost my iPhone!
Ordered new iPhone from AT&T on 10/2 to be delivered in Mahattan.
AT&T shipped phone 10/29 into evacuation zone and Hurricane Sandy.
While phone was in Dallas waiting for NY airports to open I called UPS and AT&T and asked them to redirect or return the phone-they both said "We don't do that."
On 11/12 UPS delivered the phone to random wrong address in NY-never to be seen again. Once UPS loses a package they won't deal with recipient.
AT&T still hasn't "investigated" the loss after a week, but they renewed my contract.
Anybody else experience with UPS and AT&T losing a phone? How long does it take to resolve?
