For iPad 4 matte screen protector or crystal clear protector?

What kind of screen protector do you prefer? I would really like the matte protector for anti-glare qualities but I hear that it will reduce the resolution as it pixalizes the retina display. But with crystal clear one I will end up staring at my face when I watch videos because it does not have anti-glare.

What kind of protector do you have and/ or what do you recommend?

Reflections on the iPad and iPhone screens also annoy me. I accidentally bought a matte screen protector for my iPhone 4 which I decided to give it a try. I actually hate it even worse than the clear ones. It really does lower the quality of the image from the crisp clear image on a retinal display. I have left it on for over a month to give it a try but it is getting replace with a clear one soon. I wouldn't even consider a matte screen protector for my iPad.

I don't even use a screen protector on my iPad. I take my chances and use the full cover case BookBook from Twelve South which provides great protection from drops which worries me more.
