I'm just starktng working with Widows 8 64 bits.
Before installing Office 2013, I want to know Iftar syncing is working between iTunes and Outlook 2013 !
Everything installed in 64 bits ?
If not, I will reinstall Office 2010 !
I know that at the beginning of Office 2010 x64, it wasn't possible to do a syncing. iTunes wouldn't recognize Outlook.

iTunes does not yet officially support Windows 8. With luck the new iTunes 11 will when it is released, supposedly some time this month. Can't say I've heard any ideas about compatibility with Outlook 2013. It may work from the get go, or it may await a further update. It will likely depend on how different the support for 3rd party access is between Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013. Apple haven't made any announcements so all we can really do is wait and see...

I think I will install Office 2010 until Office 2013 will be officially supported. Especially in 64 bits !
I remember at the beginning of Office 2010, I need to wait the update for syncing again the iphone with Outlook through iTunes.
So, wait and see.
