Please help. My office has a RICOH MP 1600L printer, the print server is XP. The spooler list the print jobs but doesn't print.

I've looked at many forums but still my Mac will not print on the PC.

The print jobs always appear in the queue but then disappear without printing.

Is it a file format / encoding issue ?

I've downloaded drivers for RICOH on OSX 10.7, installed them too.

The Mac can see the printer being shared on the network.

Any ideas ?

Please help as I need this for my job.
