After paying for this service I am surprised that there are songs that cannot be uploaded. I want to understand why this is happening and how to avoid this.
The problem may be because some of my music has been recorded by a DJ and the music cannot be matched with the current iTunes library. However, I was under the impression that the iTunes match would upload MY music regardless of whether it was identifiable or catgorizable by iTunes.
Please tell me this is a short term issue or a problem with my settings, because I will be EXTREMELY dissappointed if I can't even manage my own music via this service after being sold a product that claims to be a music management solution.
