I need to disable an Apple Account!

I can not disable my apple account or get into it. I have two accounts and changed my email to the new account. When I try to get into the old account w/out a password the system doesn't recognise my birthday. How do you talk to a person for help? The account keeps coming up on my Iphone and Ipad and wants the old password. I would just like to disable the account and just can't get into it.. HELP
