battery quick empty and iphone 4s hot

Hi all,

since a week i have the problem that my iphone 4s works normal for a time and than, suddenly it is hot and the battery is empty during 3 hours!

It is on IOS 6.0.1 an I restored it; i deactivated the notification and Location Services for the most APPs, but nothing works.

Who can help??
