i'm can't update the latest version of iPhoto, what can i do?

These two images appear while trying to update to the latest version, what should I do to get my iPhoto up to date?

iPhoto '11, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

You are the second person to report this problem. If what they are seeing is the same problem:

Both of you should report to:

that there is a problem with the download. But first check that my question is irrelevant as far as where iPhoto is stored. If you have a version of iPhoto older than 9, or installed iPhoto from CD-ROM you may not be able to upgrade it from the App Store.
