How long will it take to receive a book application response?

I filled out a paid book application on Friday, November 16th, 2012 and have not yet recieved return information to proceed with uploading. Is this period of waiting time normal? I also applied and uploaded to Amazon and Barnes and Noble on the same day and my book was available for sale by Sat-Sun.
