iPhone purchase

I lost my attempt to purchase iPhone since 4S because the Apple Store is short of the supply all the time. On iPhone 5, I tried to participate the lucky draw of getting a chance to buy the iPhone at Apple Store over one month without luck. Now the web store even does not sell iPhone 5 at all. Apple seems to apply a new policy to restrict the sales or unable to manage enough supply to meet customer's expectation. Now Apple makes me to put iPhone not on the top priority of my purchase list. Apple is giving the chance to her competitors!
