MY IPAD 4 IS FROZEN I CAN'T GET BY THE IPAD BACK UP NOTICE. IT WON'T POWER DOWN EITHER.
IPAD4-OTHER, iOS 6.0.1, ONLY 1 WEEK OLD
Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.
Try a Reset...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
