Hi I bought recently an Iphone 5 and I like to transfer all my stuff on it. Do you have an idea whar is the easiest way? And not to loose any contact, apps etc....

You could add your contacts to your icloud backup and sync your iphone 5 to your old iphone 4 backup.
>settings
>icloud
>turn on contacts
>backup to itunes
(this would be on your old iphone 4)
oh yeah then when you plug in your new iphone for the first time it should ask you if you want to back it up from one of your backups.
