Assigning access down to individual items?

Hello 🙂

I currently have a bespoke app that allow me to assign people access to iTU Courses.

I want to assign access to individual tracks/items, or if that is not supported in iTU then perhaps assign access to groups (tabs).

This is perhaps a naive question, but is the above as easy to do and as supported by iTU as the Course by Course basis I currently use?
