How Do I Customise My Status in Messages?

I have the Messages menubar icon. When I click on it, a dropdown menu appears listing different statuses (eg Available / Away / Out to Lunch etc). I remember customising these back in the days of iChat. Question is, how do I customise them now? Thanks in advance for any help.
