i have moved to UAE and want to use UAE credit card but without changing language

I am an ex pat in Dubai and so want to change my payment information to use my UAE card but when i change my Itunes country it changes to arabic.....there must be a facility to change address and country without assuming the person moved there speaks the native language!? help!
