Q: Click Wheel Nonresponsive

My click wheel and buttons are all nonresponsive. I have restored it twice, and it hasn't worked. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? This is the second iPod that has done it to me.

    Which model iPod Nano do you have?

    If you have tried all the suggestions mentioned in the user manual - iPod Manuals and the ones mentioned in the "More Like This" column on the right, you will no alternative but to take the computer to an Apple store or an AASP.  Whichever is more convenient for you.
