MacBook 2

I have a macbook 2 and the hard drive has died. I do not have the installation dvds for the OS X 10.4 it had. I do have a newer MacBook with Snow Leopard. Can I use this disks to re0intall the computer after changing the hard drive for a new one?

No, this is a breach of licence agreement. You will need to purchase a copy of a new system.

You need to check first for compatibility with the system you want to buy.

If you call apple store and tell them the model of your MacBook they will sell you the right one.
