"Course Manager had an Error" click to reload

I can log in to course manager but the only thing I can see is the Instructor Info page, my institution has been cleared, and I'm asked to accept the terms and conditions again. I fill in everything and agree to the terms and conditions and I get the the message: "'Course Manager had an Error' click to reload." When I click to reload it I'm taken back to the instructor info page and what I had just entered is gone.
