I just downloaded the latest OS X which included Safari.
Not I donlt have the scrolling feature.
can someone help me, or has Apple decided to remove scrolling!
It now affects my SnagIt software,which is linked to Safari.

What device are you using to attempt to scroll? Scrolling is now normally accomplished with "gestures" —i.e., normally using a "Magic Mouse" or a "Track Pad." However, if you are using an older USB connected mouse, try clicking on the area (box or frame) you wish to scroll and then use the arrow keys to move vertically or horizontally whithin the Safari display window.
