Administrator Wrong and Can Not Get Updates on New MacBook Pro
My new laptop was originally set up with our ITS person as the Administrator, which has made it quite frustrating in that I can not do basic free updates on the machine. The App store has this person's Apple ID connected to this computer. Does anyone have any advice on how to solve this? I told the ITS person that this was very much of an inconvenience to look for this person to log in and get basic free upadates for me. Thanks in advanc for any suggestions.
