    yes but to work well it must be the exact same noise in all the videos.

    what kind of noise is it?

    I used to recommend Bias' Soundsoap for quick noise reduction but it seems they have ceased operations. Not sure if you can find a used copy of the software - it was usually downloaded.

     

    Once you have software to do the work, as has been noted, unless all the clips have exactly the same background noise, each clip needs to be analyzed and cleaned up independently.
