It is the second time that I have sinc and lost all my music 450 songs I am not very happy the way synv is working

Open the summary page of your ipod on itunes then go on music then you select sync manually the you highlight the songs or album you want to sync.
Thank you for the answer, the thing is I lost the songs from my Ipod after I sync with Itune, I just want to add to the Ipod the songs from Itune without loosing the Ipod songs that I already have
It souds like you are using more than one iTunes library/computer to get music from. You can only sync with one iTunes library but you can manage music and videos among different computer/libraries. See:

If yo sync with another library your iPod gets erased and its contents replaced with what is in the new iTunes library.
