Hey guys i just bought a rear housing cover for my ipod touch 4g on ebay and i wanted to know where i can get it changed .

Apple does not repair iPods, and certainly won't do so from parts you supply. Do a web search for "ipod repair UK" and you may find a shop in your area that would be willing to do the repair for you. You will, of course, void all further support from Apple if you or any other unauthorized source does any hardware repair on your iPod.
