I have a question and I really did not know where to ask

I bought a iPod touch 64GB about 2yrs ago and was wondering if Apple has something where I can exchange mine for a newer generation and just pay the difference. Is there something like that? The iPod is in perfect conditiong, no scratches, never had a problem with it.

iPod touch, Windows 7

If you don't mind me asking, if you have never had a problem with it, why not just keep using the one you have?

Anyway, if you really want a newer one, it is easiest to sell it on eBay or Craigslist or wherever you like and apply that money to a new one. Apple would only offer you 10% if you recycled it through them.
