Screen Sharing Bug Fixed?

So I'm wondering... Has Apple fixed the infamous screen sharing bug in Mountain Lion?

I know I'm not the only one with this problem, but when I remote into my iMac running 10.7, at random it will freeze. When I get in front of the machine, it is still masively frozen, sometimes with the brach ball spinning its way into oblivion, sometimes the mouse doesn't move.

One of the "solutions" was to SSH into the machine and reboot it. Unaccaptable.

If this has NOT been fixed, what can I replace the native Screen sharing with?
