Just restored my iPad. made an iCloud I'd for it, but every time I go to the App Store to download something it's says "cannot connect to iTunes Store" but when I use the apple I'd I have set for my phone it works fine??? What's going on?

Two things to try. Please reply with what works.
1: Turn on Airplane mode, then turn it off again. This resets internet related settings.

2: Changing the DNS in Setting, Wi-Fi, DHCP tab, DNS , replace with 8.8.8.8 (Google) or 8.8.4.4 (Google)
