Q: When i went to Apple TV, it asked if I wanted to update or not.  I could not get the buttons to change for yes or no, nor could I get them to select either one.  Then I could not get out of this update mode to view my movie.  The Apple TV froze....

I went to Apple TV to view a video.  A request for update or not came up on the tv.  I could not move from one to the other and the Apple TV froze so that I could not view my tv.  I read about the update in Google and it stated that there is major problems.  Whats up????
