Yellow tint on my iPhone 4S screen

Hi. I recently went to have a one-to-one exchange with apple as my previous iPhone 4S had the yellow tint too. When I had that exchange, I realize that this one has the yellow tint too. How can I make the yellow tint disappear? It is quite unsightly if I were to compare my 4S with the one of my brother's which does not have this problem.

Oh and I use my 4S normally for taking photos while I'm on-the-go. Will the yellow tint affect on-the-go editing? Is it better or worst to have this yellow tint?
