Problems with battery and sleep mode

Dear all,

this is the first time for me starting a topic in Apple discussion, but there is something strang happening with my MBP:

I bought my Macbook Pro (Mid 2012) end of august and experienced a strange battery/sleep mode behaviour the last days. Most of the times when I put the macbook in sleep mode, it doesn't wake up properly, but starting again like when the battery was empty and has been recharched (with this translucent screen and the loading progress).

I never experienced something like this with my late 2008 Macbook Aluminium.

Another strange thing I discovered is, that even though the battery of the MBP has 42 loadcycles, the capacity of the battery lost nine percent of it's designed capacity in not even three months.

I tried a few things like resetting SMC, calibrating the battery, restarting, but nothing worked at all.

Do you have an idea?
