I recently purchased an iPhone 5 with carrier AT&T.  My  tether feature was working intermittently, and now doesn't work at all.  AT&T says it is the apple software on the phone. Apple says it is ATT.  I replaced the phone after all the troubleshooting from both companies.  Still doesn't work!  HELP!  Anybody out there having the same problem?
