I've bought an iPhone 5 in Singapore's phone shop (That's contract phone from Singtel) since 4 November 2012. Paint Chipping problem.

I've bought an iPhone 5 in Singapore's phone shop (That's contract phone from Singtel) since 4 November 2012 and I brought it back to Malaysia. When I unbox it i found that there a 2 places of the aluminium have got the problem of paint chipping. So where should i go to change a new phone at ? Singtel or Apple store. I'm so confused. Please help me thank you.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1, Only paint chipping

You will have to take it back to Singapore, or send it to someone you know in Singapore who can take it in to SIngtel for service for you. The warranty on the iPhone is not international so you would not be able to get any support for your iPhone in Malaysia, even if the iPhone 5 had been released in Malaysia which it has not.

So only can go to Singtel to exchange my phone? Cannot go to Singapore's Apple store to change? Anyway thanks alot .

Apple does not have any of their own stores in Singapore. If you purchased the iPhone from a Singtel shop, you will have to go to Singtel for support.
