Itunes 10.7 will not run on my older mac mini cannot use it with ipod touch 5G. Any suggestions???

For the 5G iPod you need iTunes 10.7 (or later) and that requires OSX 10.6.8 or later which requires and Intel Mac. If you have an Intel Mac Mini you can call Apple and order the Snow Leopard disk. It is not listed in the On-line Apple store.
