Purchased movie, downloaded music? How can I stop and get a refund, not what I ordered. No number to call.

I purchased a movie but it downloaded an album instead. I froze the download before it began but I do not want the music. How can I get rid of the downloads so, I can get the movie. Or get a credit?

iPad, iOS 5.1.1
