iTunes removes installed apps

While syncing, iTunes removes apps installed using App Store on my iPad. It also doesn't download them to iTunes.

What's more interesting it is not an issue on my iPhone with exactly the same syncing options in iTunes.

Very annoying, Today I've lost data created on iPad using app purchased this morning.

Any help, please?
