'mail folders to push' emails not showing up in 'all inboxes'

I have many folders set up in Outlook by customer with subfolders within them with rules set to automatically to insert those emails into the folders. I have "Mail Folders to Push" with the ones I would like my phone to periodically search for.

For example:

Customer A sends me an email and I have a rule in Outlook for it to be sent to:

Inbox

-Customers

--Company A

----Customer A

--Company B

----Cusomter B

The email shows up in the folder but only when I select the email account in Mail and scroll down to find the subfolder structure the email went into. I used to be able to simply select Mail App > All Inboxes and it would show.

Is this something Apple overlooked with the newest iOS?

Thanks

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1
