Delegated Google Calendars duplicating on Apple Calendar

Since the middle of November, delegated Google Calendars (via my organizations Google Apps account) have been also showing up undering my main Google Calendar account in Apple Calendar 6.0. This is very troublesome, because I'm now receiving all the notifications for these other calendars. My Google Calendar account in Apple Calendar 6.0 (mountain lion) had been working perfectly before.

I've tried deleting the Google Calendar account and adding it back, but the issue keeps replicating. I also tried this workaround from the google calendar forum.

Any other ideas? Thanks for your help.

I have exactly the same problem.

My delegates calendars on GMail appear under my main gGoogle Calendar account in iCal.

This generates duplicates and therefore, duplicates notifications !

OK, here is the explanation...

Google acknowleged in their forum that they are currently working to improve the delegates functionnality for Apple's iCal.

IMO, the problem is not with showing us their desire for improvement, but it lies in doing these things in a production environment... very bad idea :-(

As noted Google appear to be working on it but in the meantime I have just deselected the duplicate calendars under the gmail section and left the delegates section ticked as before. Seems to work fine.
