You can try connecting your iPhone to your computer and then clicking Configure Universal Access in iTunes, then enable Assistive touch.

You can find more information about Assistive touch on page 128 of the iPhone User Guide.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to send it in for service.

If your home button and lock button is not working the turning the phone on is going to be in possible.  You can attempt to charge it fully and the plug it into iTunes.  But chances are your iPhone will need immediate service.

For now you can use the accessibility button, but if I were you I would schedule a appointment at apple ASAP. Back up your phone onto your computer and bring it on the day of appointment. You will get a new phone for free. I had the same problem but it was just with my lock button and they replaced my phone

it will turn on if you just plug it in to a charger, not a computer, the nturn assistive touch on in settings/general/accessability/assistive touch

In my case, only the left end part of the power/standby button was working. The right end side of it was not working at all. I did not notice that i could get a replacement for that until a friend of mine in the UK told me about it and he just got a replacement for the same issue. My warranty expires on 24.10.2013 and i just went to the nearest Apple Store in Munich yesterday. First thing first check up if your warranty is still valid and do make a Genius Bar appointment. Apple Store App > Stores > Genius Bar > iPhone.  The Genius Bar assistant at the Apple Store was so nice and after she did a super quick 5 seconds inspection on the power button VOILA! She gave me the replacement without further questions!!! I walked in and out of the Apple Store in just like 10 Minutes top.
