Sharing of Calendar

I currently sync an exchange calendar on my iPhone 4 with my work pc calendar on Microsoft Outlook. How can I then share this calendar with my wife's iPhone 4 so she can see all my appointments?

If the only way is by doing it through an icloud calendar, how do I sync my exchange calendar with my icloud calendar to save me having to double enter everything?
