No YouTube/Flash in Safari

I have tried numerious times to update my flash plug-in in Safari. I'm running Version 6.0.2 and I've had no flash via Safari since updating to Mountainlion. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted many times, but it's not doing anything. I have had to start using Chrome as I cant get this resolved. Any ideas?

1 .Are Plug-ins Enabled?

Enable Plug-ins

Safari > Preferences > Security

Web Content:

Click in the box for "Enable Plug-ins".

2. Check whether you are currently in YouTube HTML 5 trial.

http://www.youtube.com/html5

At the bottom left of the page uncheck the box for

"You are currently in the HTML5 trial".

3. Reset Safari.

Click Safari in the menu bar.

From the drop down select "Reset Safari".

Click "Reset".

Do you actually have Flash Player installed?

You can check here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/ to see which version you should install for your Mac and OS.

You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.
