Q: I just bought an Itunes gift card...

I just bought an Itunes gift card and I put in the code and it said it wan't a code and so I put in the serial number and it said it wan't valid. I don't know why but it is really making me angry because I paid for it already and it doesn't work. :|

PLEASE HELP
