I am just about to leave on a long road trip and can't seem to make my daughters itouch purchases. I am using a new computer and the prompt says for a first time purchase I need to answer security questions I have totally forgotten the answers to I can't seem to find a way to retreive them through customer support or a way to have the answers changed....help! please.
Yes, customer support can't change them for you. However, if you already contacted them, they probably gave you a phone numebr you can call. I suggest you call them. My friend got his issue resolved this way. Good luck!
