    If you enabled the "Find My iPhone" feature on the device prior to it being lost, it is still powered on, has an active network (cellular data or Wi-Fi) connection, and has not been restored, it can be tracked via iCloud.com

     

    If any of the above is not met, the device can not be tracked.

     

    There is no tracking option via IMEI.
