Mar 15, 2014 7:26 AMby King_Penguin,If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

Apr 26, 2014 11:16 PMby TooProBrah,My son has forgotten his answers to security questions and it appears the rescue email address he put in is incorrect. I've changed and verified a new email address but it still doesnt send the answers.
How can you access if you dont know the answers and the email address is incorrect?
