You'll have to go to the printer setup to print double-sided. It should be one of many options in the Print dialog box.

I just figured it out. Thanks anyway
Ooohps .... not seeing the duplex/double sided option in my Print Dialogue ... Word: Mac 2011 with a Brother 7060D
Any ideas?
Hugh
When your printer can print double-sided, it is in the printer settings, when not.... it is not.
Many thanks for the prompt reply!
When I print from my iPhone it's double sided! I'm foxed!
Kind Regards

I concur. When a printer is properly set up with the corresponding "driver" (a PPD file, actually, that describes what the printer can do), only the options that your specific printer has will show up in the dialog.
If the phone successfully prints double sided on the very same printer that the Mac refuses to do so, maybe you need to reconfigure or even recreate the entire print instance on the Mac.
Many thanks. I'll investigate further and do some re-installs
Kind Regards
Hugh
Found it!
Print Dialogue
With Presets set to Default Settings
Change Copies and Pages to Layout
Select Two-Sided (Long or Short edge)
If only this were an option in a top menu in WORD ....
Kind Regards
Hugh
