Phone number no long associated with Messages on Mac

There seemed to have been a large outages with Messages the other day, everyone I know from Las Vegas to London was having issues with it. When it came back online a few hours later, it seemed to have left a few bugs on my devices.

Messages on my computer is no longer associated with my phone number... and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to reassociated it! Can anyone help???
