Can I exchange my iPhone 4S to iPhone5 in india

Question

I bought white iPhone 4S factory unlocked 32GB on 7aug2012 for 50,000 INR i.e 907 USD

Now I want to upgrade to iphone5 which in our market starts(16GB) from 45000 INR i.e 816 USD

is it possible to exchange my iPhone 4S with iPhone 5 ??

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1, Factory unlocked, White, 32GB

You can sell your current device and buy a new on at full retail.

Apple does not offer a trade-in or exchange program.
