I can't send text messages to just one phone number, and they cannot receive them either nor do I receive theirs. What could be the problem??

The rest of my contacts receive the messages fine, it is just one particular number that sometimes I cannot receive their texts, nor them receive the ones I send. Should I contact my service provider? Sprint.
